There are some rags that sprouted like mushrooms after the 2014 defeat of the Indian National Congress.

There were some “brilliant” strategists sitting somewhere in the West, who had no contact or idea of what the Indian culture or ethos is, and who believed that regular ranting in English will tarnish the

image of Mr Modi and the National Democratic Alliance and guide the votes to the Indian National Congress.

In order to achieve this end, they roped in all sorts of characters with no idea of what they are writing

about. Most were from the west, long divorced from India, its politics, its people, its ethos and its culture. Most of thearticles were replete with inaccuracies, deliberate distortions and even lies because they did not have anything to attack Modi or the Government of India led by National Democratic Alliance.

The present article by Arjun Appadurai falls into the same category.

He is a professor of anthropology. Since he has a Wikipedia page, it can be presumed that he is a very important person. Since I'm not an anthropologist, I cannot judge his work though we are almost of the

same age. Anyway, I have never heard of any great contribution from him. Maybe he is in the same class as a certain Nobel Laureate who got a medal instituted by his wife’s family and granted by his brother in law and flaunts it around to make him an authority on any subject on which all his statements were proved to be wrong. I do not know.

But as an ordinary layman, with some idea on facts, I can point out to errors in the great man's rant.

The great one says:-

"Modi’s years as chief minister of Gujarat (2001-2014) were inaugurated with India’s worst state-endorsed pogrom against Muslims, sparked by the killing of a group of Hindu pilgrims on a train in Godhra in February 2002."

I thought we are all living in democracies where rule of law prevails and the final word of the last court of the nation settles issues.

The Supreme Court appointed a special investigation team has requested by and on the advice of Mrs Teesta Anand, who calls herself Teesta Setlevad to milk her premarital family name. The head of the special investigation team was handpicked by her.

The special investigation team after due enquiry found

1. That the riots that followed the most cruel and barbaric burning of 54 men WOMEN AND CHILDREN in the train by the Muslims, many of whom were members of the Indian National Congress.

2. Many of the riots were led by Indian National Congress leaders.

3. That the government of Gujarat led by Mr Modi acted in the most efficient and proper way so that the army was on ground controlling the situation within 24 hours of the burning of the train and had stopped the riot within three days. Shoot at sight orders were issued instantaneously and the first person to be killed was a Hindu.

The riots ended with 1,044 dead, 223 missing, and 2,500 injured. Of the dead, 790 were Muslim and 254 Hindu.

Hindus did not kill themselves. So, they were killed by Muslims who think, it seems, that they have an exclusive right to riot as and when they want and when there is a reaction cry victim hood.

After the 2002 incident, no one talks about the 54 unfortunate men WOMEN AND CHILDREN but will always talk about the "poor Muslims" who were attacked, the very epitome of peace. No one will talk about the tens of thousands of Hindus killed by Muslims in regular riots in all parts of India since 1947. I'm excluding the millions killed during the partition. I'm not even talking about the rapes involved.

The matter was inquired into by the Special Investigation Team under the direct supervision of the Supreme Court of India, at a time the centre was being ruled by Indian National Congress.

The conclusions were

1.The riot was the result of the inhuman act by Muslims (including Congress leaders) of burning alive 54 HINDU men WOMEN AND CHILDREN.

2. That the newly elected Government of Mr. Modi had NOTHING to do with the burning or the riots that followed.

3. That the riots were stopped in three days by stern actions

In April 2014, the Supreme Court expressed satisfaction over the SIT's investigations in nine cases related to the violence, and rejected a plea contesting the SIT report as “baseless”.

Under democratic norms, the Supreme Court set the matter at rest. Of course, people with no respect to court or its findings kept on ranting and who subscribe their signature to rants written by somebody else, without research, will keep on blaming Mr Modi for something which has been set that rest by a competent court.

But then, what else can the followers of Adolf Hitler do but to follow his principle of große Lüge? After all they are being commanded by the daughter of a known fascist jailbird.

A mere reading of the SIT report will set anybody’s thoughts to rest. Since Dr Appadurai is in the US, he must remember the race riots and how long it took to quell them. In Gujarat, for Modi it took just THREE days.

Dr Appadurai must have been relying on the Congresso-evangelist propaganda machine. The stories were proved pure lies of diseased imagination mirroring normal acts of islamist hordes from yore.

Dr Appdurai says:-

“Though the Special Investigation Team set up by the Supreme Court decided there were no grounds to charge Modi with direct involvement in this pogrom, numerous independent commissions, inquiries and reports have demonstrated his full support of it.” Such a pathetic general attack with no basis!!

There was only ONE official inquiry report. That of Justices Nanavathi and Mehta. The report dispassionately analysed the whole event and reported. The details can be had here The so-called reports and commissions are of a group of known anti-Hindu communist ragtag teams who, in my opinion, got positions by serving the Leaders of Congress or Communists when the Country was under their thumb. Hence, they were bound to rant according to agenda. NOT ONE OF THEM WAS OFFICIAL. Just a few people running here and there and signing pre-prepared rants that, like this article, were full of inaccuracies, lies and distortions. I doubt whether they ever knew what they were signing!!

Dr Appadurai says:-

“Since 2014, Modi has made many claims about his contributions to India’s economic growth, its military might and its global standing. Most of these claims have been credibly contested.” If Dr Appadurai has credible proof of failure on the part of Mr Modi it would have been nice if he had at least cited couple of subjects where there was failure. Whether anybody likes it or not Indian armed forces were in dire straits because of 10 years of baksheesh equipment buying which only resulted in money going to the ruling party and no equipment going to the forces. Mr Modi had signed a total of 182 contracts in the period 2014-19. Why was it necessary to sign 182 contracts? Because armed forces were languishing!! Now the equipment the following and forces are becoming robust. Economically, India has become the fourth largest economy, that is developing faster than others in the world with best performing currency in Asia. On global standing, just looking around will show it. But then one must have eyes.

Dr Appadurai says

There is systematic destruction of Indian secular ideals - yes if secular ideals are that minorities should be appeased and the majority should be destroyed and its culture destroyed yes that those sorts of secularist criminality is being destroyed. In secularity there are only Indians no Hindus, Muslims and Christians. Divide and rule was the ploy of the colonial is which were followed by their servants, Indian National Congress. Now that is not followed, as time goes by there was only be Indians. On freedoms of speech, pause for a moment go through the type of rants that are coming in the yellow rags that rose like mushrooms after 2014 and the lies and crimes of the bought media and you will understand what is the level of loss of freedom of speech is. On the other hand, being a journalist or otherwise you are not given the freedom to subvert the nation and cause division in society. Dr Appadurai may not know that there is a decision of the International Criminal Tribunal that the journalists do not have the freedom to create division in society. I had the privilege to play a role in convicting three people of genocide and provocation for such activity.

As a person with experience in law on the subject I say that most of the actions of the so-called journalists are crimes against humanity. I am now too old otherwise I would have tried prosecuting them myself.

It is hilarious to hear the talk of universities Museum foundations et cetera being packed with “doctrinaire BJP members”.

I myself was offered a certain job when the Indian National Congress was in power on condition that my family and I convert to Christianity. My reply was that I have only one father, and of course I refused.

In order to hold any senior position under the UPA one had to convert or be willing to be the servants of “the family”. These are all well known facts. Who were holding positions during the Congress regime? Let me quote there was a woman who did not know Sanskrit, Pali or Prakrit yet was a “historian” holding a powerful position and polluting historical research because she was closely connected with “the family”. There was another “gentleman” who was similarly situated because of his proximity to “the family” and the immoral, uncouth megalomaniac Nehru. He was exposed of by the reputed archaeologist Dr KK Mohamed. How this man tried to shape the history narration to suit the position of leftists and Congress agenda is exposed. Falsus in uno falsus in omnibus. Such creatures were heading the universities and the like. If such people are sent out unceremoniously and competent persons are appointed show the true history can be spoken of. That is a good event. If Dr Appadurai is upset about it, there is nothing that can be done.

1. Dr Appadurai says:-

“On the streets, Hindu nationalist thugs have been involved in the destruction of statues, rapes, the killing of activists, Dalits, Muslims, journalists and other political opponents – with impunity, and frequently with police protection or collusion. The Election Commission of India, its proudest agency for guaranteeing free and fair elections, has been cowed into compliance, the police forces have become tied to the whims of the ruling party, and every form of dissent from Modi and his party is labelled anti-patriotic, anti-national and treasonous. Modi and his followers have captured both the symbolism of the nation and the organs of the state.” He is basing his contentions on the rants of the #prestitutes, who are apparently under threat, yet there is freedom to lie and rant. If #prestitutes can lie and rant with impunity, where is the danger to them? But then, that is logic. I will just cite one case of a young man called Junaid, who was stabbed to death, in an altercation in a train. Just because the victim was a Muslim the whole folder of journalist whose life is being threatened by Hindu goons, as Dr Appadurai says he started screaming about Muslims being lynched. The truth came out when the concerned High Court brought out the truth. It can be read here. Every such instance has ½ life of two or three days and they were disproved but immediately the prestitutes stopped using them. But the damage is done and people like Dr Appadurai who are innocent of deep knowledge of what is going on in India believes these first two posts which are known as reported in the West. The subsequent event of disproving the lie is never reported. Falsus in Uno falsus in omnibus.

I responsibly assert that 90% of the cases of alleged lynching an attack on Muslims and Christians were first rate lies propagated by the so-called journalists whose life is “under threat”. None of the ranting journalists have faced any danger to their life. Not on the body has been touched. I challenge Dr Appadurai to prove otherwise.

On the so-called attack on Christians I would just refer to the writings of a Christian herself who exposed the lie. The link can be had here. I cannot answer assertions without any basis whatsoever. I can only say that these are assertions that have been discredited every time it has been made. Any person who thinks independently and is not influenced will say the truth. New York Times and others that Dr Appadurai refers to are all papers who are known to lie with an agenda. We can watch as within an year they will change their views as the American and Western industry start having no role to play in India. That will be other sure proof that the writings in these papers are not based on facts and neutrality but based on who pays how much. Nobody needs to accept my words. Just wait for the event.

Dr Appadurai says:-

“How is this possible, given that information – verifiable information – about his active destruction of democratic values and institutions in India is easily available in newspapers, magazines, websites, social media and reports and documents of every type?”

Other than yellow rags and factually incorrect rants what have you Doctor? Can you produce one verifiable fact? I challenge you with the full knowledge that you will not have the courtesy to reply or debate the issue with me because you have neither the knowledge nor the ability to meet the arguments and you will hide behind your so-called academic reputation.

Dr Appadurai says:-

“But they are not able to escape the opprobrium of important voices in the Western public sphere.” Who are these so-called “important voices”? Show me one article that I cannot, with facts and figures, rebut. You know why Mr Modi one this election with such thumping majority? It is because he did what he promised. As one prestitute candidly admitted “We were sitting in Delhi and opposing the actions of Mr Modi without knowing the truth. During the elections, when we went to the field, the women said we got free cooking gas connection, we did not believe and peeked into kitchens and lo behold we saw the gas cylinders. Men said we got this house!! Others said WE GOT THE TOILETS. The toilet is a simple thing for most of us. But for them it was like being given the heaven. We were mistaken”. In short Modi walked the talk. These were simple things that Congress could have done, but they did not because they were busy looting the Nation.

By 2024 you will see a peaceful tolerant India where there are only Indians and not Hindus, Muslims and Christians. I do not think Modi or Indians – who do not include the likes of you, care about what people sitting in ivory tower thinks. They are just a bunch of mentally challenged fools like Russel – who was bipolar, Marx who had a most nasty disease and got isolated because of which he wrote a tract of vicious bastardy that caused the death of millions and has now been recognised as the rants of a mad man and discarded.
